Ripon police are looking for information regarding vehicle thefts over the past few weeks. On June 29th, police say someone entered a garage in the 900 block of Watson Street, removed a vehicle and drove away. The vehicle was later found abandoned in Fond du Lac County. The sheriff’s department later took a report of another stolen vehicle from the same location where the abandoned vehicle was left. Police say that second vehicle was found in the city of Ripon. Multiple vehicles were also entered this past weekend on Ripon’s West side. Police say one of the vehicles had the keys inside and it was stolen from the driveway. Anyone with information is asked to contact Ripon Police at 748-2888. Citizens are reminded to remove keys and valuables from their vehicles and lock them at night.
