Two people received non-life threatening injuries after a small airplane crash landed on a small grass airstrip near the EAA in Oshkosh. The crash landing happened about 3 p.m. Wednesday near a campground south of Snell Road near Vinland Road. Oshkosh fire officials say the private plane was attempting to land on a grass runway at the Hickory Oaks Campground, when it lost power. The two occupants were extricated from the plane and transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
