A longtime Waupun police officer is retiring. Chief Dale Heeringa says School Liason officer Patti Toll is stepping down September 12th. “Patti worked her way through the ranks in our police department, currently working as our school liason officer for several years and Patti is going to retire and call it quits,” Heeringa told AM 1170 WFDL’s Between the Lines program. Heeringa says officer Jason Hraban will replace Toll as school liason officer. “Jason will be coming on board as soon as school starts as a matter of fact he’s moving into the office there and is getting up to speed on what’s going on at school at this moment.”
