With the golf season winding down a Fond du lac golf course is offering something new and different for golfers and non-golfers. A kick-off grand opening was held Tuesday afternoon at Rolling Meadows golf course…for Fond du lac’s first Footgolf course. Rolling Meadows golf pro Jeremiah Hoffman says it’s a cross between soccer and golf. “Its a growing game throughout the United States and overseas and we’re happy to jump on board and offer something new,” Hoffman told WFDL news. Nine footgolf holes are open to the public this fall with plans to go to 18 holes next spring. The cost is $8 a round.
