CDC recommends that everyone 6 months and older receive influenza vaccine every year. Vaccine is here and the Fond du Lac County Health Department will be offering influenza vaccine (injectable and flu-mist) for $30.00 per dose. Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage Plan and Medicaid will be accepted if an accurate number is provided. Receipts for cash will be issued upon request and may be submitted to other insurances for possible reimbursement. If you have any questions, or are interested in having an on-site influenza clinic, call the Health Department at 929-3085.
