MILWAUKEE (AP) — An expert in Internet security says more than 600 million records have been stolen since laws were passed requiring people to be notified if their data was accessed by hackers.  William Pelgrin is president and chief executive officer of the nonprofit Center for Internet Security, which helps investigate hacks.  He says he has been a victim of cybercrime himself. He filed his taxes electronically only to find someone else had already filed in his name. Pelgrin says the impostor received a refund, when he owed.  Pelgrin spoke Wednesday at Wisconsin’s second annual cyber security conference in Milwaukee.  Pelgrin is warning those at the conference that they need to pay attention to the increasingly common practice of people networking their home and work computers. He says many breaches start at home.
