Authorities have released the name of the victim killed in a traffic accident in Fond du lac County Thursday. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says 73 year old Richard Zoelle of Brownsville was pronounced dead at the scene at County Highways K and F in the town of Eden. Investigators say Zoelle was stopped at a stop sign and then for an unknown reason pulled into traffic and was hit by a car driven by 43 year old Don Manaugh of Fond du Lac. Manaugh was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The accident happened shortly after 7am Thursday.
