10-16-14 race for governor a dead heat again

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The race for governor in Wisconsin is back to a dead heat.  The latest Marquette University Law School poll released Wednesday showed Republican Gov. Scott Walker and Mary Burke tied with 47 percent support. The poll had a margin of error of 3.5 percentage points.  Walker had a 5-point lead in the last poll two weeks ago. Prior to that poll, Burke and Walker had been about even since May.  The latest poll of 803 likely voters was done between Oct. 9 and Sunday.  Walker and Burke are scheduled to meet Friday in Milwaukee for their second and final debate before the election.
