Dodge County Sheriff Pat Ninmann has announced that she will run as a write-in candidate in the election for sheriff on November 4th. The Dodge County Clerk’s Office received written notice Wednesday that Ninmann would run as a write-in against Sheriff’s Sergeant Dale Schmidt. In August, Ninmann ran against Schmidt in the primary election and lost by 310 votes. Ninmann was appointed Sheriff in April 2013 by Governor Scott Walker after Sheriff Todd Nehls retired.
