A Dodge County attorney faces her third drunken driving offense after allegedly showing up drunk at court. According to a criminal complaint 50 year old Mary Harper of Beaver Dam was drunk when she showed up in court for a sentencing hearing on October 20th. Juneau police say Harper appeared to have trouble walking and speaking, according to the complaint. The Green Lake County District Attorney is handling the case. A Breathalyzer test showed Harper had a .179 percent blood alcohol concentration, more than twice the legal limit. Two weeks earlier Harper was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16.
