A Fond du Lac man found passed out with a syringe in his arm has been arrested. Police say the man faces charges of drugged driving after a citizen reported seeing him passed out in a vehicle with a needle in his arm. The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office says the 27-year-old Fond du Lac man was found passed out in a vehicle in Fond du Lac County but regained consciousness and drove off before law enforcement and EMS arrived. The man and his vehicle were located at a residence in the town of Green Lake. According to a press release the man told authorities he had used heroin 10 minutes before his arrest. He was taken to Berlin Hospital for treatment and then taken to the Green Lake County Jail.
