A former Ripon man convicted in connection with an armed robbery at a Ripon Pick n Save is going to prison. At a sentencing hearing Thursday, Fond du lac judge Robert Wirtz, sentenced 22 year old Cody Schaffer was sentenced to three years in prison and a year of extended supervision. The incident happened last September 19th at Ripon’s Pick n Save. Schaffer told police he used a toy gun in the robbery.
