A new date has been scheduled for a jury trial for a Fond du Lac woman charged in the murder of her husband. The two week trial for Eve Nance has been rescheduled for January 18th. Nance was scheduled to go on trial June first but the trial was delayed after the defense attorney said an expert witness needed more time to evaluate Nance and review the case. The 38 year old Nance is accused of shooting Timothy Nance in their Fond du Lac home and dumping his body in a wooded area in Milwaukee. His body was found on Thanksgiving Day, 2013.
