9-2-15 walker in office more than two decades denies he’s a career politician

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker denies he’s a career politician — even though he’s been in elected office since he was 25 years old.  The 47-year-old Republican presidential candidate says in an interview with CNBC that he believes a career politician is “somebody who’s been in Congress for 25 years.”  Walker’s been in politics for most of his adult life — about 25 years when counting his first run for the state legislature at age 22. He’s not been in Congress.  GOP front-runner Donald Trump is bragging about his lack of experience in elected office and says career politicians are part of the problem. Trump donated $10,000 to Walker’s 2014 re-election campaign for governor.
