The Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin has some Valentine advice for residents looking for true love: be careful with online dating sites. Susan Bach with the BBB says consumers need to be aware of the limitations, costs and terms of the services as well as the potential for fraud if your match turns out to be a thief. Bach says annually the BBB receives complaints about dating services. “Last year the Better Business Bureau received more than 1100 complaints about dating services,” Bach told WFDL news. Bach says be wary of someone who wants to communicate with you off of the Online dating site. Bach says some people are also reporting problems with the online dating service when they try to cancel the service.
