The Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer says she couldn’t believe it when she first walked into a Campbellsport area trailer filled with dozens of  cats and littered with animal waste.  Kim Mueller says the conditions had to have been building over a long period of  time…possibly years…not months or weeks.  “My first reaction was I couldn’t believe I was actually inside a home,”  Mueller told WFDL news.  “It looked like a complete junkyard.”   Mueller says she’s concerned that the woman apparently  had few if any visitors during the time she lived there.  So why wasn’t there
