A Waupun man involved in a nearly six hour armed standoff in Waupun has been charged. Kenneth Becker Jr. made his initial Fond du Lac court appearance Thursday and bail was set at $20,000 cash with conditions not to possess any firearms or have any contact with his ex-girlfriend. But Becker refused to sign the bond form so he is being held in jail without bond. According to a criminal complaint on December 30th Becker had barricaded himself in the home and was threatening to harm himself. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s SWAT team negotiators made contact
