During the Reporting Period, NO full time positions were filled. The information required by FCC Rule 73.2080(c)(6) is provided in the charts that follow.
 
INITIATIVES
 
The employment unit engaged in the following broad outreach initiatives in accordance with various elements of FCC Rule 73.2080(c)(2):
 
Participated in job fairs by  station personnel who have substantial responsibility in making hiring decisions.
On Jaunuary 18,2008, Licensee participated in the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association’s Job Fair. On June 17, 2009 Licensee participated in Wisconsin Broadcasters Association’s Job Fair. At each job fair, Terry Holzmann, the employment unit’s General Manager and a member of the station personnel who has substantial responsibility in making hiring decisions, was in attendance.
 
 
Co-sponsored at least   one job fair with   organizations in the   business and professional community whose membership includes substantial participation by women and minorities.
On May 5, 2009, Licensee co-sponsored job fair with Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce
 
 
Established an internship program designed to assist members of the community to acquire skills needed for broadcast employment.
Licensee maintains an internship program at its Fond du Lac employment unit. The internship program offers students interested in pursuing broadcast careers the ability to earn credit for working at our facilities. The program is offered to students at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh,
University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac, Moraine
Park Technical College and Marian University.
 
 
Participated in scholarship programs designed to assist students interested in pursuing a career in broadcasting.
Licensee assists in the ongoing scholarship efforts
of the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association. We
also participate as a member of its internship
outreach program.
Established training programs designed to enable station personnel to acquire skills that could qualify them for higher level positions.
Station personnel attended EEO legal compliance seminars sponsored by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association on January 28, 2009 and June 17, 2009.

Station personnel frequently speak at area schools about career opportunities in broadcasting.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Participated in other activities designed by the station employment unit reasonably calculated to further the goal of disseminating information as to employment opportunities in broadcasting to job candidates who might otherwise be unaware of such opportunities.
