A 22 year old Beaver Dam man charged with robbing Coyote Gas and Liquor in Beaver Dam and dealing heroin has pleaded not guilty to charges against him. Zachery Turck entered the plea Wednesday in Dodge County Circuit Court. He’s charged with armed robbery with threat of force, manufacturing with intent to deliver heroin, and possession of narcotic drugs. According to a criminal complaint, the Beaver Dam Police Department and the Dodge County Drug Task Force conducted a controlled drug transaction where heroin was allegedly purchased from Turck and a 21 year old female suspect. The pair was taken into custody. A search warrant executed on their vehicle revealed evidence that is linked to the June 4th armed robbery of Coyote Gas and Liquor. The complaint says Turck admitted to robbing the store to buy drugs.
