A Milwaukee man accused of supplying the heroin that led to the death of a Fond du lac man will be allowed to die in a hospice center. At a hearing in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court Friday Fond du lac judge Dale English agreed to modify the terms of bail allowing 56 year old Reginald Dorsey to be in Hospice in Fond du Lac or closer to his family in Milwaukee. Dorsey’s attorney says doctors have told him he has terminal cancer with only weeks or months to live. Dorsey is the second person charged in the case. Forty nine year old Jeffrey Abitz of Lomira is scheduled to go on trial in December on charges of party to the crime of reckless homicide.
