A not guilty plea for a Milwaukee woman accused of killing a Town of Fox Lake man in August. 31 year old Kriscilla McHenry entered the plea Wednesday in Dodge County Circuit. She’s charged with first degree intentional homicide in the death of 43 year old Michael Soeller. According to a criminal complaint, Soeller was stabbed 38 times at his Town of Fox Lake apartment. The complaint also says that McHenry claims Soeller sexually assaulted her. Investigators believe McHenry took the victim’s vehicle after leaving his apartment August 19th. A status conference has been scheduled for April 16th.
