A Berlin woman charged in a shoplifting incident and standoff with police near the Fond du Lac Forest Mall has been bound over for trial. Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing Thursday afternoon for 32 year old Patricia Bushey on charges of retail theft, battery and two counts of resisting an officer . According to a criminal complaint Bushey shoplifted $500 worth of items from Kohls Department store last month and assaulted the store security officer. When police arrived Bushey refused to get out of her car and officers had to forcibly remove her from the vehicle.
