The parents of a three year old boy found dead last week at a Lomira home have been arrested. The mother, 32 year old Jamie Hildebrandt , faces charges of child neglect causing death and the father, 33 year old Frank Pleester Jr. of Lomira has been arrested on a probation hold and has not yet been charged in the case. The child was found last Friday at a residence at 725 Railroad Avenue in the village of Lomira. The Sheriff’s Office says an autopsy revealed that the death was not of natural causes, but did not say what the cause of death was. The Sheriff’s Office is also not releasing the name of the child. Two other children have been removed from the home by Dodge County Human Services.
