A line of thunderstorms is expected to move across southern Wisconsin this evening and a number of the storms could be severe. National Weather Service meteorologist Andy Boxel says the Dodge-Fond du Lac County area will likely see thunderstorms sometime after 8pm tonight. Boxel says the main threat is strong wind gusts and hail up to two inches. Near record or record high temperatures in the low 90s are expected this afternoon resulting in heat index values in the mid to upper 90s.
