8-28-20 kenosha shooting-united for diversity react

The president for the Fond du Lac United for Diversity Board says she wants to know when the police shootings of black men are going to stop?   Tracy Abler was reacting to last weekend’s shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha.  Abler says it’s appalling, and she wants to know “When is enough, enough?” Abler says she admits there are a lot of unknowns about the situation.  Abler says she also wonders why police allowed a 17 year old white male to walk down the middle of the street carrying a rifle a couple nights later.  “He looked like a young kid.  Why wasn’t that a concern to anybody?  We all know had it been a black man with a loaded gun walking down the street he probably wouldn’t be alive,”  Abler told WFDL news.   That person, a 17 year old from Illinois,  was later arrested for shooting and killing two people.
