9-22-20 waupun school superintendent is proud of staff during pandemic

The Waupun School superintendent says he is proud of the way students and staff have responded to the challenges facing the new school year during the pandemic.  Waupun superintendent Steve Hill says  one of the biggest challenges for Waupun teachers is teaching students in the classroom, and the 16 percent of students who are learning online at the same time.  Hill says the other challenge has been acquiring personal protection equipmentnecessary for in-class instruction.  While some districts have started the school year online or with a blended model students in the Waupun School District are in class five days a week with an option for online instruction.
