The Fond du Lac County Clerk says there is no evidence of voter fraud in Fond du Lac County during last week’s presidential election. President Donald Trump has alleged the election was rigged against him but has not provided any evidence of widespread fraud. A record number of Fond du Lac County residents voted absentee and by mail in the election, and voted for Trump by a landslide over Democrat Joe Biden. County Clerk Lisa Freiberg says the votes were canvassed this week and there have been no reports of any fraudulent votes cast. “None that I’m aware of by any means,” Freiberg told WFDL news. Freiberg says there was also no truth to the rumor circulating last week on social media that more people voted than there were registered voters.
