A Rubicon man convicted several years ago in a violent domestic battery case is going back to prison. Dodge County Circuit judge Kristine Snow sentenced 46 year old Graham Lulich to two and a half years in prison followed by one and a half years of extended supervision for felony battery. Lulich had previously been sentenced to 5 ½ years in prison and 2 years of extended supervision for Felony Substantial Battery with two repeaters, arising from the same incident. According to a criminal complaint Lulich was armed with a knife when he attacked a woman and threatened to kill her at a town of Rubicon residence in April 2012. When Officers arrived at the residence, they they found Lulich trying to escape out the window of the second floor bedroom.
