October 3 to October 7: Contractor will continue grading for sidewalks. The Electrical contractor will begin installing conduit. Concrete Contractor will begin setting string line for curb and gutter later in the week.

2022 Mill &; Overlay Program
Schedule: October 3 through October 21
Description: The project includes manhole adjustments, spot curb and gutter replacement, milling pavement, and overlay of asphalt.

Grove Street from Hickory Street, west approximately 520 feet
Hickory Street from Johnson Street to Scott Street
Northwest Way from Van Dyne Road west 215 feet
October 3 to October 7: Contractor will be working on various structure adjustments and repairs.
Traffic Impacts: All streets remain open to traffic.
Military Road from Western Avenue to Superior Street – WI DOT Northeast Region
Schedule: April 11-October 2022
Description: The reconstruction of S Military Rd includes reconstruction of the street and utilities, addition of bike lane and construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Military Road and 9 th Street.
October 3 to October 7: The concrete crew completed paving the southbound lane (west side) of Military Road. Crews are working on preparing the roundabout at Ninth Street for curb and gutter, along with preparing the side roads for curb and gutter and concrete pavement. Monday, crews will seal the concrete joints of southbound once the concrete has cure. Crews will start grading for concrete driveways, sidewalk and possibly colored concrete crosswalks by weeks end.
Traffic Impacts: Military Road remains closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC” signs. The intersection of Military Road and 9 th Street remains closed to traffic.
WIS 23 Expansion – Urban Section – WI DOT Northeast Region
Location/limits: WIS 23 and various intersecting local roads between US 151 and Seven Hills Road
Schedule: April 11, 2021 to fall of 2022
Description of work: This work is part of the WIS 23 4-lane, on-alignment expansion project in Sheboygan and Fond du Lac counties.
October 3 to October 7: The contractor anticipates working on the following items:
Begin asphalt pavement for the new trail along the project
Place gravel shoulders on the new trail along the project.
Complete placing colored concrete pavement and concrete sidewalk on the County K interchange.
Complete paving the new Whispering Springs access road.
Continue placing curb and gutter on the County UU interchange.
Place curb and gutter, sidewalk, and colored pavement on the Highway 151 northbound off ramp to WIS 23.
Traffic impacts:
County K north at WIS 23 – Closed
County UU (South of WIS 23) – Closed
County UU (North of WIS 23) – Closed
USH 151 northbound off ramp to WIS 23: Anticipate delays while using the ramp during construction.
WIS 23 EB lane closure from County Lane to the east: Anticipate delays while using WIS 23 eastbound during construction.
