Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney is endorsing Waukesha County Circuit Judge Jennifer Dorow for state Supreme Court. The Republican Toney ran unsuccessfully for state attorney general and Dorow recently presided over the high-profile Waukesha Christmas parade homicide trial. Toney says judge Dorow is respected by her peers and if elected would not legislate from the bench. Dorow is one of four candidates who will square off in a February 21` Primary Election. The top two vote getters will face each other in the April 4 spring election.
