The Fond du Lac Police Chief says it’s fortunate that nobody was hurt or killed in a shooting incident last month outside a Fond du Lac gas station. Two male teenagers, ages 16 and 19, have been arrested on charges of party to the crime of attempted first degree intentional homicide in connection with the May 23rd shooting in the parking lot of the East Pioneer Road Pit Stop gas station. Police Chief Aaron Goldstein told WFDL news video surveillance shows the shooters on foot shooting at an occupied car parked at a gas pump. Goldstein says the person in the car fled inside the gas station for safety and the shooters fled in a vehicle. They were arrested six days later following the execution of a search warrant at a Fond du Lac residence. Police are continuing their investigation.
