The Fond du Lac County Clerk says she doesn’t think it would be impossible for the outcome of a congressional race to change following a recount. Lisa Freiberg says she can’t say if it will happen…but says 200 votes is not impossible to overcome. Freiberg says this situation is different than a recount in the 18th senate District race a few years ago for example. “There’s too many factors that are different than that one. We have eleven different counties involved with different types of election equipment,” Freiberg told WFDL news. State Senator Glenn Grothman was leading senator Joe Leibham by 214 votes following last week’s primary election.
