West Division Street from Brooke Street east to the Fond du Lac River
Schedule:  April 20, 2015 to early October 2015
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 7 to September 11: The concrete subcontractor continues paving the intersections and concrete flatwork continues.
Traffic Impacts:  West Division Street is closed to through traffic. Business traffic should be accessed from Military Road and Brooke Street. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
 Cedar Street from West 12th Street to West 9th Street
Schedule:  June 2015 to October 2015
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 7 to September 11: The landscaper will begin terrace restoration.
Traffic Impacts:  Cedar Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
 West 11th Street from South Hickory Street to Ann Street
Schedule:  August 2015 to October 2015
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 7 to September 11: The concrete contractor continues flatwork.
Traffic Impacts:  W. 11th Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
 9th Street from Linden Street to Center Street
Schedule:  July 2015 to October 2015
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the water main, street, and lighting.
September 7 to September 11: The concrete and excavation contractors will be removing pavement at the intersection at Main St & 9th St. The electrical contractor will be installing conduit for the traffic signals.
Traffic Impacts:  The intersection of Main St and 9th Street is closed to through traffic for approximately 2 weeks beginning Tuesday, September 8th.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
8th Street from South Main Street to Ellis Street
Schedule:  July 2015 to October 2015
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the water main, spot repairs of sidewalk and street.
September 7 to September 11: The utility contractor continues installing the water main.
Traffic Impacts:  8th Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Mill & Overlay Project
Schedule: September 10 to September 17
Locations: Holiday Lane and Howard Litscher Drive
Description: The project will include pulverizing the existing pavement and placing 4 inches of new asphalt pavement.
Traffic Impacts: Streets will be closed to through traffic; however access to properties will be maintained although there may be brief delays at times.  On street parking will not be allowed.  Please ensure all vehicles have been moved off street prior to 7:00 am.
