The home of one of the largest truck shows in the country now has a major truck stop. The Heritage Ridge Travel Plaza opened this week along the Highway 151 corridor at the state Highway 26 interchange in Waupun. Assistant manager Renee Bratz says the plaza includes a gas station and convenience store, truckers lounge with washers, dryers and shower, CAT scale and trendar services. The Wild Goose Café is expected to open at the plaza in about a week. Bratz says the company is currently hiring employees. The Heritage Travel Plaza will be a popular stop when hundreds of big trucks from across the country role into town later this summer for the 29th annual Truck N Show.
