6-2-20 covid-19 cases top 200 in fdl county

The Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer says businesses are doing their part to help stop the spread of the coronavirus as the state reopens following the lifting of the Safer at Home order.   But Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says the number of COVID-19 cases in the county continues to rise because that’s only a part of the solution.  Mueller says since the order was lifted it seems that more people are gathering in larger groups and not practicing social distancing outside of work.  There were 14 new cases confirmed over the weekend bringing the total number of cases in the county to 214.  There are 80 active cases,  128 recovered cases and nine people currently hospitalized in Fond du Lac  County.
