A Juneau woman has entered into a deferred prosecution agreement and has pleaded no contest to a theft charge for embezzling more than 32 thousand dollars when she was an employee of Beaver Dam Raceway. 54 year old Roxanne Siedschlag entered the plea to a charge of theft of a business setting of over 10 thousand dollars in Dodge County Circuit Court. Two other theft counts were dismissed and read into the record. A criminal complaint says Siedschlag was supposed to deposit the money at the bank. Instead, the complaint says Siedschlag spent the money while going to a casino three to four times a week, admitting to authorities she had a gambling problem.
