Two Oshkosh men accused of stealing scrap metal from several locations in Fond du Lac County have been bound over for trial. Scott Busby and Brady Malzhan both waived their preliminary hearings Friday on 16 counts of burglary and theft. The pair face similar charges in Winnebago County.
