A Fond du Lac man arrested following a shooting incident last month has been bound over for trial. Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing for 34 year old Timothy Williams on charges of recklessly endangering safety, felon in possession of a firearm, operating a firearm while intoxicated, and discharging a firearm within 100 feet of a building. He is being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail on $50,000 cash bond. Police chief Bill Lamb says Williams fired his gun while being chased by three police officers and says its fortunate that nobody was hurt or killed.
