The Fond du Lac School Board has a new leader. At their organizational meeting Monday night the board elected Linda Uselmann board president. Peggy Breister was elected board vice president. Before the meeting Uselmann and Susan Jones were sworn into office. They were re-elected after running unopposed in the spring election. The board also voted to keep their compensation level the same, $1800 for the president and $1600 for the rest of the board. The school board has approved a new teacher contract. The one year agreement includes a 1.26 percent base wage increase for this school year.
