The Fond du Lac Police Department says a former North Fond du Lac special education teacher is being released from prison after serving time in prison for sexually assaulting a student. Police say Dominic Carmona is being released next week after serving more than three years in prison for sexually assaulting a 16 year old female student. Carmona will be on extended supervision for the next five years. Special conditions of his supervised release include no contact with the victim, no unsupervised contact with minors and lifetime GPS monitoring. He will be living at 457 Thomas Street when he is released from prison next Tuesday.
