Bob Hyland was named The Associated Press’ top coach after helping Fond du Lac St. Mary’s Springs rebound from an 0-2 start to win a state title in their division. The Ledgers defeated Eau Claire Regis last month 7-0 to win their ninth state football championship. Hunter Wohler has been named Player of the Year in Wisconsin despite being just a junior. Wohler was a difference-maker on defense as he helped Muskego to its second straight undefeated season and second straight state title.
