The Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer is warning residents about a recall of certain powdered baby formulas after four infants became sick and one death was reported. The FDA says Abbott voluntarily recalled Similac, Alimentum and EleCare. Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says if the number on the bottom of the container starts with digits 22 through 37 and contains K8, SH or Z2, or has an expiration of April 1, 2022, or later, it should be thrown out.
