The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is seeking approval for accreditation status. Sheriff Dale Schmidt says on March 21st the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Accreditation Group will examine the Sheriff’s Office policies, procedures, management, operation and support service. Schmidt says accreditation shows the office is doing things the right way. As part of the on-site assessment, the public can comment at an information session March 22nd at the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
