Two people have been arrested in connection with a shooting incident outside a Fond du Lac gas station last month. A 16 year old Fond du Lac boy, and 19 year old man are being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail facing a charge of Party to a Crime of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide. The arrests were made following the execution of a search warrant at a South Marr Street residence. The incident happened shortly after 9pm Tuesday May 23rd near the East Pioneer Road Pit Stop gas station. Police say between five and 10 shots were fired from a small caliber handgun. There were no reports of injuries or property damage. Police are continuing their investigation, but said initially there was no evidence the shots fired were related to the fatal May 7th shooting at the nearby Maplewood Commons apartments.
