Authorities are investigating the death of an inmate at the Waupun Correctional Institution. A state Department of Corrections spokesman confirms the inmate was found dead in the prison’s segregation unit Monday. The spokesperson told WFDL news no other details were being released and the inmates’ name was not being released at this time.
