St. Mary’s Springs Academy is excited to announce Teresa Van Horn as the new High School Track and Field Head Coach. Teresa has been coaching track at SMSA since 2008 and also serves as our High School Cross Country Head Coach, a position she has held since 2019. Coach Van Horn ran track and cross country during her time as a student at St. Mary’s Springs and competed collegiately at St. Norbert College. Teresa is also a member of the SMSA Board of Directors. “We are excited that Teresa will be leading our high school track and field program. Teresa has done an outstanding job in her role as assistant track and field and head cross country coach, most recently leading our girls cross country team to a Flyway Conference Championship in 2023. The student-athletes will benefit greatly from Teresa’s organization, experience and dedication. Our track and field program has a rich tradition of success and we are confident that Teresa will carry on that tradition.”- Mitch Redig, Athletic Director
