5-28-24 attempted homicide suspect from depere captured in dodge county following high speed chase

An attempted homicide suspect from DePere was arrested following a high speed  chase in Dodge County over the weekend.  Saturday afternoon the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office located the suspect vehicle on state Highway 26, who fled at speeds of 125 miles an hour, exiting at State Highway 16 eastbound near Watertown.  The suspect exited the vehicle after going the wrong way on an off ramp and fled on foot.  Thirty one year old Jordan Feemster was captured a short time later and transported to the Dodge County Jail where he faces multiple charges.   “Law enforcement agencies in Dodge County have committed to holding those who flee from law enforcement officers accountable,”  Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt said.  “Those who are compliant and stop for law enforcement may still end up with consequences, but those who flee will certainly also face additional FELONY charges.  The vast majority of those who flee do end up being arrested and their attempts to flee usually fail. We arrest these individuals as swiftly as possible not only to hold them accountable to the law but also as a deterrent to others. Rest assured if someone flees in Dodge County they will be arrested and held legally accountable.”
