7-22-14 miller park fire

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Officials say a fire at the Milwaukee Brewers’ ballpark was contained mainly to a restaurant.  The fire started about 2 a.m. Monday at Friday’s Front Row Sports Grill at Miller Park Milwaukee Deputy Fire Chief Aaron Lipski says the fire apparently started in the restaurant’s kitchen and spread up through some duct work. No one was injured.  Brewers executive Rick Schlesinger says most of the damage at the ballpark wasn’t caused by the fire, but by water. The sprinkler system and firefighting efforts caused flooding in some meeting rooms and the elevators and escalators in the left field area aren’t working.
