10-21-20 arts wisconsin-pandemic impact

The director of the Arts Wisconsin is encouraging the arts and cultural organizations hard hit by the coronavirus pandemic to apply for a new round of grants.   Governor Evers recently announced more than $100 million in grants to help small businesses and communities get back on their feet.  Arts Wisconsin director Anne Katz says the grants will help a lot of people throughout the state.  Katz says arts organizations and events were the first to shut down when the pandemic started and will probably be the last to reopen.
