A Milwaukee man charged in connection with a shooting incident at a Fond du Lac tavern this spring that seriously injured a Fond du Lac man has made his initial court appearance. Bail for Devonta Tate was set at $100,000 cash. Tate is charged with attempted first degree intentional homicide, felon in possession of a firearm, bail jumping, and numerous other charges in relation to a shooting that occurred at the Kings and Queens Lounge on March 28. Police say the victim received multiple serious, but non life-threatening gunshot wounds.
